These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sergonomics.com and any product or service provided by Sergonomics LLC ("Sergonomics," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Sergonomics LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company that builds tools and software for surgical care.

2. Use of the website

You may use sergonomics.com for lawful informational purposes. You may not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for resale.

3. Use of Sergonomics products

Our products are made available to surgical practices and, through those practices, to patients enrolled in their care. Your use of any Sergonomics product is subject to:

  • Any separate written agreement between Sergonomics and your surgical practice.
  • The intake consent form you signed at the time of enrollment.
  • Our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

4. Not medical advice

Sergonomics products help coordinate communication between surgical practices and their patients. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the instructions of your surgical team. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

5. Intellectual property

All content on sergonomics.com, including software, text, design, and the Sergonomics name and logo, is owned by Sergonomics LLC and protected by applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

The website and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sergonomics disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sergonomics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our products.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
