Effective date: May 16, 2026

Sergonomics LLC ("Sergonomics," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to sergonomics.com and to any product or service we operate under the Sergonomics brand.

Information may be shared with subcontractors (such as our SMS delivery provider, Twilio) only to the extent necessary to operate the service you have consented to.

4. SMS communications

If you receive text messages from Sergonomics, your consent was obtained directly by your surgeon's office through a signed intake form. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
